Join me in ringing in the New Year in Vienna! Our New Year’s Tour will include many outstanding performances that you will only find at this special time of year, which will be enhanced by deluxe hotels, gourmet dining, and extensive music-related sightseeing.
The enclosed itinerary contains details of our tour but I want to mention several highlights. We will attend a performance of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony by the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. We can also offer as an option the New Year’s Concert (dress rehearsal) by the famed Vienna Philharmonic to those who may be interested.
For New Year’s Eve, we will ring in 2009 in style at the Grand Imperial Ball where waltzes will fill the halls of the Hofburg (Imperial Palace). We will attend a performance of Die Fledermaus at the State Opera House.
Our stay in Vienna will also include sightseeing excursions which follow in the footsteps of Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Haydn, and Strauss. I do hope you will join me for this wonderful classical travel experience. - Lisa |
